Chris Bell

President
Initially a partner and manager of one of the largest Health Food Stores in Florida, he went on to establish InterNatural in 1989. He possesses an extensive produce background from farm level, to in store merchandising. He works with growers to plan and maximize opportunities for their produce; helping buyers coordinate an all year availability and developing contracts for long term requirements. Chris developed markets abroad for US organic products as well as importing from Australasia and the Americas.

Dina Bell

Director of Research and Development
At InterNatural Marketing, Dina has been instrumental in starting their Organic Certification Support System, to assist farmers with the requirements of the National Organic Program. Her daily responsibilities include research, development, social networking and package design for marketable produce. She has been proactive in the support of organic/sustainable agriculture; urban agriculture and plays an integral role in the statewide small farms conference additionally creating local foods venues in an effort to expand the growth of the local and regional foods distribution system.

Rudy Monica

West Coast & Import Development Specialist
Rudy brings over 40 years of Professional Organic experience to InterNatural; from owning a Health Food store, to owning an Organic Packing Shed. His extensive knowledge includes Grower Relations, Sales and Marketing with broad Import and Export experience from Central and South America as well as from the Pacific Rim and Europe. Based in San Diego Rudy expands our, on the ground presence, to the West Coast and is a major addition to our expanding Imports and Exports program.

Jeff Taylor

Farm to Market Specialist
Jeff began his professional association with farming and organic production in 1981 as an intern with the Rodale Institute. His early career rode the wave of the blue revolution for over 20 years working in aquaculture and with farms in the North and Central America. A desire to farm and become involved in local food production led him to management of one of the oldest organic produce cooperatives on the East Coast, returning him to his early foray in organic production and marketing. His extensive knowledge and experience working with farms and supporting their profitability carries thru to his work with Internatural.

Tom Bell

Information Technology
Following a number of years in sales and marketing in the UK financial services sector, Tom’s introduction to Organic agriculture began during his travels in South America where he developed contacts with local organic produce suppliers on behalf of InterNatural. On his return he joined Hawkwood International, London where he worked closely with InterNatural and other partners to win and deliver a major contract to supply bulk organic products from three continents to a major UK multiple. Other projects in London followed, developing organic brands and product lines for distribution through UK multiples, before a move to the third sector where he worked for 10 years as a strategic development consultant in Bristol. Tom is now back working with interNatural on technical development and IT.

Charlotte Bell

Compliance
With a UK degree and post graduate qualification in Town and Country Planning in 1988, Charlotte then worked in Local Government Councils. Keen on the natural environment, she developed, encouraged and increased their environmental knowledge. She began with the first Environmental policies for the areas Statutory Local Plan and then continued to ensure legal Environmental Compliance to protect both rural and city areas. Charlotte is working with Internatural to ensure robust compliance with Organic and Food Safety legislation, ensuring the best protection of our land and the best food to eat!
